Orders – Cancellation, Refunds & Returns
If you have any questions about your order, either prior to purchase or after, please send us an email to or get in touch via our contact form (please check your junk/spam folder just in case our response got delivered there instead of your inbox).

If for any reason you change your mind you may contact us within 2 days to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched, simply let us know and return the item to the address provided at your expense. If after receiving your goods you are unhappy for any reason and wish to ask for an exchange or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns if you do not let us know within 14 days of receipt.

Please note the items should be returned to the address provided by us in the original packaging and condition (return postage is at customer's expense). On receipt of the items being returned in satisfactory condition we will process your exchange or refund to your card used for payment. In the unfortunate case of your item being found to be faulty, we will refund the total amount including postage or offer an alternate product if applicable.  

Ordering & Delivery
The majority of our products are made to order, but some products are being kept in low quantities so please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch depending on the number of orders during the period of your purchase. The estimate time for delivery is showed on a product page. 

Payments on the can be made using PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and secure online payment system “Stripe” that accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Once an order on is placed, you will receive an email with payment confirmation (our emails might be delivered to your ‘inbox’ or ‘junk folder’). Another email with the dispatch notification will be sent to you, once the item is posted. All orders are dispatched using Post Office, ParcelForce or other courier service with full tracking and will require a signature. Around the festive periods we can be extremely busy so it may be worth contacting us ( to ensure that your product is going to be delivered in time.

Customs & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Knotted touch is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

The Knotted Touch does not hold any responsibility for any of the items that include materials from other suppliers. Materials from other suppliers can include but are not limited to: Pendants, Cotton Cord, Electrical Plugs, Electrical Cord, Bulbs, Shade Rings, Beads and other decorative items.

Product Information
Every product listed on this website ( is hand crafted and each one is unique. Product pages contain information about products and will it will be described as accurately as possible. Although white or dark background and natural lighting are used when an item is photographed, bear in mind different computer displays might inaccurately represent the colours.

Please note: our product pricing may change from time to time due to material costs but this will not affect any orders already made.
Our lighting must only be used with cool to touch/LED light bulbs. 
All items sold on our website should be kept away from fire.
